wild side

After a lot of deliberation I decided to spend a good chunk of my £100 Motel Rocks prize on a pair of the infamous Jordan Skinny Jean in Leopard*. Seen on and coveted by many a blogger, I had my doubts over whether they would work for me; jeans and I do not get along fit wise…never the right length, or too low/high on the waist.  I sought advice on twitter (it solves any problem!) over which size to go for and shut my eyes and pressed order.

Worth the hype? Undoubtedly. Worth the money? Absolutley. Comfy, flattering…these are the answer to my personal jeans prayers. It took balls to  actually wear them for the first time, but there’s no stopping me now!
Teamed with a velvet tee from Next, and my Yull Chelsea boots. Perfect for a day of shopping and grandparent visiting with Best.Friend.

Do you own Jordans? Which print do I go for next?

I hope everyone is having a lovely weekend

Introducing Stud & Stud

Stud and stud is the online Boutique that was created by Parisian born Meryl Fourmon. With a Paris background and a London future, Stud and Stud is a great online platform for new and edgy designers to show off their product. With brands such as Simon Preen, Hayley Scanlan and Danielle Foster, Stud and Stud have a dynamic collection of some limited edition and exclusive pieces that feed the online shopping industry and bring new talent to light.

There is nothing quite like discovering a new place to shop online, especially when that place offers things that you can’t get just anywhere! Unknown to me just a few days ago, Stud and Stud has now become a firm favourite among my window shopping haunts…and above are just a few reasons why!

Price wise, you can expect to pay more than you would for Topshop, or ASOS, but then…this isn’t run of the mill highstreet and for such badass quirky pieces, I don’t really mind the premium.

What do you think? Somewhere that you’ll frequent regularly?
What’s been your best shopping discovery lately?

Primark jumper, New Look skirt, Tesco tights, Dune shoes c/o Sarenza.

Apologies for the really shitty pictures, it kinda sums up the week, non? Onwards and upwards from here my friends…it’s FRIDAY and we survived the week.

Weekend plans?
Seeing as I’ve just been paid, and need some therapy…I think shopping is on the cards.

Spring Fling

ASOS dress (with belt), New Look tights, New Look flats.

Welcome March…I’m hoping a new month means a fresh start on the luck front; ever have one of those weeks where it feels like someone has it in for you? Let’s just say it has been a challenge.

I love March, the approach of Spring, the promise of longer, brighter (I won’t tempt fate by saying sunny) days and all that comes with it. I have a few exciting things planned and fingers crossed it will just generally be better than the last couple of months!

On the topic of love…anyone propose yesterday?
And can I mention how much I love this dress? Me and midi lengths really agree, and the bright pink floral pattern put a smile on my face.

What are you excited for this month?
