I love keeping fit and now, back aside my health allows I can’t wait to pull of my snazzy running shoes and go for some gentle jogs around the park. My days of distance runs and pavement pounding are over but I can still look cool during my more laid back approach.

Dear Anonymous, you make me chuckle with your presumed knowledge of my life.
My trainers were sent to me by the awesome people from SportShoes and they make me smile when I pull them on, even months after first having them- who doesn’t love a snow leopard theme with fluro salmon pink? I’m all for being pretty on rest days, but so much technical sports kit these days looks so awesome that it makes fitness all the more fun.
Oh, also, the anonymous above makes me chuckle. FUCKWIT.
