Nice one Noble!

I may not be the biggest technology geek out there, but what I do have I love and want it to look it’s best, so when I was sent the press release for Noble Macmillan’s latest offerings my “lustometer” went off the record! I am especially swooning over the delicious raspberry colour cosmetic case (£55) and the blossom kindle case £39.

They also do a pretty fine range of notebooks, and notebooks are one of my weaknesses; no matter how many I have, brand new and waiting to be written in I just can’t help myself when a pretty one crosses my path!

Here we have the everyday wish list mini notebook (£15) and the limited edition Eley Kishimoto fabric print journal (£69)… they might not be every day prices, but dammit they are gorgeous (and will last forever if you are anything like me and can’t bring yourself to mark a pristine notebook with random scribbles!)

All items, and a whole lot more can be found here and you can be assured that everything is made in England with love and pride. Each item comes beautifully wrapped in Noble Macmillan’s new signature midnight blue and cream boxes, tied with a cream grosgrain ribbon.

Are you a geek for stationary and leather goods? Which item would you pick?

Daisy Chain Dreaming: Joli from Jersey Peal

Sometimes not many words are needed to explain why your lusting after something, and this bright and beautiful “Joli” bracelets by Jersey Peal really doesn’t need much by way of explanation. Priced at a reasonable £49 I am especially coveting Frambois

Daisy Chain Dreaming: Don’t Feed The Bears

Don’t feed the Bears is an, independent t-shirt label that wants to put a bear on the chest of every t-shirt wearer on Earth. Their flagship store is located in the Forum, at the heart of Sheffield’s bustling Devonshire Street fashion district.
“We design & print everything ourselves. We only print in small runs, to keep our customers looking unique, & avoid those embarrassing “we’re wearing the same t-shirt” moments. “
“Our offbeat, quirky designs are taken from mixing English eccentricity (pipes, tweed & moustaches) with pirate style eye patches and a good handful of bears! It’s a Sherlock Homes meets Long-John Silver approach. “

“The girls designs lean towards the ultra-sweet, with cute bows, buttons & sailor collars, while guys t-shirts feature retro toys, ‘Mr & Mrs Kidney’ & under done bear steaks. “
As well as the printed designs, they have a large range of one-off customised t-shirts with cowboy print pockets, Mexicana skulls , faux leather & bows for something absolutely unique.
Don’t feed the Bears are made up of couple, Lucy Spencer & Tom Young who have been designing & printing t-shirts since 2009.
Lucy is a Sheffield Hallam fine arts & textiles graduate with a keen eye for new trends & ideas straight out of left field. Tom is master printer & head of all things inky.
The name ‘Don’t feed the Bears’ was inspired by a road trip Lucy & Tom took across Europe in Summer ’09. “We kept seeing signs saying ‘WARNING: BROWN BEARS’ in the Austrian Alps, & ‘DON’T FEED THE WOLVES’ whilst driving through Croatia, and after some exhaustive brain storming, the brand was born.
DFTBs first opened a shop in Manchester’s Affleck’s Palace in 2010 before returning to their natural habitat of Sheffield a year later to open their current shop in The Forum.
As well as their Forum shop, DFTBs have a strong online presence with their own website shop (www.dontfeedthebears.co.uk) and a boutique store on the huge, international fashion website, ASOS Marketplace.
Aside from designing t-shirts, Lucy makes a large range of leather purses, cute bow headbands & unique ‘I like you & I hate you’ jewellery which are all available online & in store.
Pop into their Sheffield Forum shop for the full DFTBs experience.

My favourite picks from the Bears are the Tea Party clutch, The Tourist tee for Men (because I’m not just about fashion for females!) and this cute velvet bow tee

My absolute favourite though as to be the quirky Did I mention Kittens? jumper

This is pretty much what the inner dialouge of my head is like on a daily basis!

How about you? I think you’ll also enjoy the jewellery…the “crap” necklace is calling me!

Another Wishlist

Perhaps I ought to name Mondays as “Material-days” as they seem to be when my wishlists are at their worst…right now I’m blaming having a birthday fast approaching and people moaning that I don’t want anything…well folks…now you can shush your moaning!

These shoes are Linzi Shoes are pastel perfection…
It’s kind of cheating to list this necklace from Nelly.com as I succumbed already and bought it!
Oh Motel Rocks, I’ve tweeted these shorts enough times lately…I need them…they are Daisy printed after all.
And finally…Nails Inc…my love for them grows stronger by the week, and their latest offering of fishnet effect magnetic polish has my lust-o-meter going off the scale!

There’s probably 1000 other things that have taken my fancy too, I’m hopeless at book marking things!

Either way,
I’m still yet to get excited about my Birthday, and don’t really know what I want/care if I get anything…but it did make a good excuse for a post 😉

What are you loving right now?
