Dear Santa- Mark Milton Entwine Collection

It’s often not a jewellery brand as stunning as this passes me by and I’m not quite sure how I’ve gone so long without hearing of Mark Milton, especially his beautiful Entwine collection of bracelets. I’m not a huge bracelet wearer so when I see one I like and can see myself wearing I know it must be special.
The design comes in four colourways- 18 carat white gold vermeil, 18 carat yellow gold vermeil, Sterling silver plated with black rhodium and 18 carat rose gold. They all cost a not unreasonable £125 each and I’m having a hard time picking out which one I like the best. The white gold suits my usual style best and yet the yellow gold is so timelessly chic. The black rhodium toughens up the design somewhat and would be perfect to sport alongside the trends for this Winter and, well, the rose gold…what blogger doesn’t love themselves some rose gold?
Of course it’s not just the bracelets that caught my eye. The Entwine Collection also incorporates the same design in necklace form, with which I am almost equally as smitten
Again available in the four colourways the necklace is as you’d expect a bit more expensive at £195. I wonder if I dare ask Santa for both? I’m pretty sure I’ve been a very good girl this year…
Which colour would you go for?

Boots and Bags at Brantano

Sorry folks, yet another shopping list for me. If I can’t hit the actual shops then you can guarantee I’ll overindulge in some online window shopping instead. Today’s most browsed website was Brantano– a store I once associated with the tortuous trawl for school shoes is now somewhere I regularly browse when looking for good value footwear.
As much as I adore ankle boots lately I’ve found myself drawn to the higher leg style, with flat heels (of course). There is something about them that scream timeless chic and I don’t really own any so I thought a little wishlist couldn’t possibly hurt!
Being me, I soon tired of browsing just shoes (ok, that’s SO not me) and moved on to something else Brantano are good at- handbags!
I’m actually getting ready to take the plunge and buy myself a Mulberry Bayswater next year but I’m a true girly girl and can’t help but look at bags wherever they are available. Brantano do some pretty gorgeous styles and pretty perfect prices.
So once again my opinion on a brand has very much changed over the years. I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve mentioned this on my blog but I’ve eaten my words time and time again. Bravo Brantano, bravo.

shoes glorious shoes at Jones Bootmaker

I did warn you there would be a lot of wishlist posts coming up on the blog whilst I’m still unable to take outfit photos (which will hopefully come to an end soon before I go insane!)
Anyway, there hasn’t been a proper shoe wishlist for a while and today I bring you my favourites from one of the best places to buy Ladies Shoes, Jones Bootmaker.

First up is a little selection of Womens Heels because I clearly can’t stop browsing at things I can’t even think of wearing right now.

The perfect nude pump? One of the best I’ve seen for sure! Also only £23.70 in the sale so act fast!

These metallic stars will be perfect for dancing the night away and at £20.70 you can’t go wrong!

Swiftly moving away from the torture of shoes I can’t wear I’m going to share my favourites of what Jones do best- Ladies Boots. I think by now anyone who reads my blog know I have a bit of an obsession with boots so it’s only right that I really focus this post on them.

The Seattle Knee Length boots in this gorgeous beaten up looking brown cost £145.00 and are currently sold out (I can totally see why). Should I come in to some money I’ll be investing in these as I can see them lasting for years. Perfection.

I love me a good pair of Chelsea Boots and these are divine. Also available in black and at £79 if you’re looking for a pair then I think these would be your first port of call….race ya for them?

Last but by no means least are these Osmond Ankle boots, £84. I just love the contrast in textures and the blue colourway makes a real change from brown or black.

I have a lot of love for Jones Bootmaker, as well as their own brand they sell other well known designers, some of which I’ve never seen available elsewhere- there are some killer Betsey Johnson Ankle boots available…

see?

What are your thoughts on my wishlist, and for those of you who have bought from Jones Bootsmaker before, how have you found the sizes?

Ikrushing on affordable party wear.

So Christmas Party fever has hit me hard and I’ve been tweeting links to dresses I love like a madwoman. I’ve decided to put those tweets to good use and start a series of posts on affordable (very important factor for me) party wear and I’m kicking off with the web-store ikrush who I’ve only recently discovered and have been incredibly impressed with.
Black and gold is such a classic party combination and these cost a mere £14.49. Hello bargain versatile chicness.

This floaty little number is the perfect base for loading on the accessories and at £10.99 you can afford to go a bit wild on the bling.

How sexy is this sheer panel lace dress? I’m not sure I’d be brave enough to rock it but I know a few of you lovely lot who’d look AMAZING in it. £20.99

The obsession with Rose Gold continues and I adore this sparkly little number- would it suit my complexion? Probably not, but at £26.49 I’d be tempted!

£6.99 for these glamorous sparklers? If I wear the dress I wanted to wear but don’t feel right in then I am totally getting these.

Likewise if I wear last years dress then I will probably end up making a non-needed but much wanted shoe purchase. I won’t feel too guilty when they cost £14.49

This is the dress I am truly coveting. The same as the Rose Gold one I just adore this festive red. It’s £26.49 and I’m not sure I can justify it when I have a perfectly good dress, but it would cover up my arms!

This festive red velvet skater dress would be perfect for day time parties. It’s an absolute steal at £10.49…maybe I’ll treat myself to this just because I can!

What do you think of my choices? Not a fan but still want a bargain then there is plenty more to look at on the ikrush website
Have you bought from them before anyone? Let me know if you place an order!

Dreaming of a Dower & Hall Christmas

I’ve only really known about jewellery brand Dower & Hall for a mere six months or so but in that time they’ve impressed me hugely. I was lucky enough to win a beautiful bracelet in a Twitter giveaway and since then I have religiously stalked the website drooling over new arrivals.
Of course, with Christmas just around the corner it’s only right I share some favourite pieces in a wishlist/gift guide combined, right?
Initial necklace from the Luscious Letters collection- £120. All 26 letters of  the alphabet are available in various lengths and in gold and silver as well as the rose gold.

18ct Gold Vermeil Amethyst Ring £105

18ct Gold Vermeil Lemon Quartz Nugget Bracelet – £78

Mixed Jewel Twinkle Stack £190- along with the initial necklace this is one of my top pieces.

Rose Gold Vermeil & Labradorite Bead Charm Bracelet – £95

Sévérine Yellow Gold & White Topaz Cut Out Star Drops, £98

Sévérine Yellow Gold Vermeil & White Topaz bracelet, £65
I’m always amazed at the prices of Dower & Hall jewellery, each piece looks like it costs a lot more than it does- and yes I know it’s not exactly every day affordable but for such high quality craftsmanship I think you’re getting a bargain.
Which is your favourite piece?
