I have so much LOVE for Bebaroque tights and one day I might actually own a pair (you know, as if I don’t have enough tights!) I don’t think I could pull off the crazy fringing quite as well as Jessie though.

It seems that I, and (according to twitter) many others have been struck by mid-season frustration. It has become that funny no man’s land where all the festive party wear has departed the shops to be replaced by new season wonders and yet a) the weather doesn’t allow us to wear it yet, and b) it is mid January and funds are err, lacking to say the least.
So for now it’s a case of lather, rinse, repeat on old favourites. For me, at least. I am once again mourning the lack of decent (read, non expensive) charity shops in the area. It defeats the point for me, to pay Primark prices for what is indeed Primark, only second hand…even if the money does go to Charity.
I haven’t worn this dress in a while, a Summer Sale New Look purchase, it doesn’t seem to fit the bill for this season, or next. But I like it. And it goes with a multitude of my tights…
Tights, as we know are my saviour!

Hello, Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a good weekend? What did you get up to? We put our tree up on Saturday,
what it lacks in size, it makes up for in pretty-ness!
Yesterday I met up with two of the lovely girls I met over the Summer for a spot of shopping and catching up, that was FUN, especially as I hadn’t seen one of them for three months.
Today I’m again making the most of the slightly warmer temperatures (and central heating!) and wearing what I *want* to. I spied snow on the forecast for the end of the week so I’m making the most of it!
This dress was an absolute steal at £3 in the New Look sale a couple of years ago. I love it…it’s ridiculously comfortable.
I teamed it with possibly my favourite tights ever, courtesy of Tabio (who currently have free UK delivery).
And I’m back on the crazy hair.
It’s going redder this week, I’m excited!
What are your plans for the week ahead? I’m hoping to fit in some long over-due baking, it’s been a fair old while since I did some, and since I shared some recipes around on the blog!

Hello, Happy Monday and all that jazz…did you have a good weekend?
Winter is well and truly upon us and I’m struggling to find inspiration for outfits that are WARM. Most of my clothes seem to be of the summer variety, I need more knit wear, long sleeve dresses and trousers!
Today I’m wearing a floral shirt dress from H&M a couple of years back, navy tights and the cutest little socks from Tabio for added warmth!
I’m really starting to embrace socks with tights as it means I don’t always have to rely on long boots! I’m not sure it is the most flattering of looks but I’m pretty much past caring.
Oh, and yesterday I think I out did myself on the crazy tights front!
They made me smile all day!
