Sarenza Sunday- well, they aren’t black…

Ok so this week’s Sarenza Sunday pick is yet another ankle boot but they aren’t black for once (although they do come in black too)
I’m really loving both the red and the navy colour way of the Victoire by Any Boots although at £140 a pair I’d have to choose between them and I’d probably end up with black just for the versatility.
If black didn’t exist though I have to say I am quite enjoying the red, there’s something about a splash of colour to brighten up a dull Winter day right?
Which colour would you pick?

Sarenza Sunday- Hard Worker

This week for my Sarenza Sunday feature I was determined not to showcase yet another ankle boot, which was tough because there are just so many awesome pairs in stock right now.
Instead I decided to focus on a party shoe, what with Christmas and all it’s festive gatherings soon to be here and all.
Kat Maconie’s Sylvia Shoe may cost £250 but I think it’ll be a worthy investment if you have the money to spend.
It’s bold and black and would go with everything from the infamous LBD to a smart pair of jeans and awesome jumper.
I’d love to own these and showcase just how many ways that can be worn,
sadly budget does not allow and party season will be firmly in flats for me once again. Maybe next year eh?
I can’t wait to see what other party fabulous shoes Sarenza get in, that site is lethal for my shoe cravings.

Sarenza Sunday- looks like luxury

I was trying to find something that wasn’t an ankle boot for this week’s Sarenza Sunday post and then got utterly sidetracked by the Potak by Shellys London
Texure is a big lure for me and the velvet sheen of these boots makes them look even more expensive than their £109 price tag.
If I didn’t already own red(ish) velvet ankle boots I would be dangerously close to clicking purchase. The fact I am yet to wear said ankle boots due to stupid foot means I’m just about clinging on to my pennies that are more needed elsewhere.
What can I say? I’ll forever be a magpie for ankle boots. And red shoes. And velvet.
I’m doomed.

Sarenza Sunday- creature of habit

I think it’s crystal clear by now that when browsing A/W shoes I will always head straight for the ankle boots. I should probably try and break this habit but they are just so versatile, and when Sarenza stock what must be thousands of styles it’s pretty hard to avoid them!
This week I’ve got my beady eye on the Pagon boot by I Love Shoes (what a fitting name for a brand!) which cost £58.70
I love the contrast between  the patent and suede- I think these are the perfect work to party boot to be honest.
They also come in red and brown but I love the classic black. These may well be seen on my feet in the near future.
Sarenza– Forever destined to make me mentally bankrupt.

shelikes to be casual

Cardigan c/o shelikes
Tee: Peacocks
Jeans: Next
Boots: Dockers @ Sarenza
I’ve collaborated with shelikes in the past and was delighted when they got in touch again last week asking if I’d like to team up again.
Considering how much I’ve loved every item I’ve owned from the website I didn’t really have to think that much before bashing out a reply.
I picked this fantastic charcoal cardigan with studded pockets (which I typically failed to capture properly) as it fits in perfectly with my desired AW style and well, I am instantly drawn to anything with studs on anyway!
This is one of the snuggliest cardigans I own and I can tell you now I’ll be living in it for the next few months. At £32 it’s affordable too and I am mighty tempted by the black version- though as Mum has her eye on this one I might suggest she makes the purchase!
I’ll be browsing shelikes regularly as they have masses of new arrivals arriving at a rapid pace- everything is on trend AND on budget…a daisychain approved shop for sure!
I wore this outfit for a very casual Thursday afternoon. Although I work half days for three out of five working daysThursday appears to be my free afternoon and the one where I stick on something perfect for lounging.
The jeans are shared between Mum and I, the tee and old staple and the boots my latest treat from Sarenza’s ambassador programme. I call them my super sensible boots as they are comfortable and practical for days when my foot is bad.
Well,
off to get ready for work I jolly well go,
it’s one of my full on days today and I’m exhausted before I start. Best stick the kettle on…
(at least it’s payday!)
Have a good week
