Sarenza Shoe of the Week

Gone are the days when Skechers meant trainer style shoes (often quite odd ones!) and little else. I’m loving the Ranger by Skechers boot as an affordable (£50) shoe for weekend wearing, uni students and anyone else who’s drawn in to the easy on the eye design. I’d be rocking them both with jeans and delicate dresses; the colour lending themselves to pretty much anything you pair them with.

What do you think?
Have skechers broken the mold? I’ll be keeping a closer eye on them from now on!

Sarenza Shoe of the Week

This week’s shoe of the week comes with a bit of a story. The shoe in question in the Brisbane by Desigual costing £45.90.

I hadn’t even really heard of Desigual before I went to Spain and Ellie introduced me to their shop in Malaga. Well,
it was love and first sight for me…and Ellie is even more besotted!
When my monthly voucher for Sarenza came through and I saw these shoes I knew exactly who’s feet would appreciate them more than mine and a pair was purchased along with my Bertie “granny” shoes and presented to Ellie yesterday.

For anyone in any doubt about spending almost £50 on a pair of flats, let her reaction to these convince you. They were placed on her feet immediatley and worn for a few hours walking around town where they were declared like “walking in slippers”. Flats have a reputation for rubbing or being generally uncomfortable so I was amazed. So much so, next month I think a pair shall be gracing my feet…I quite fancy the Habana colour way.

For those not already familiar with Desigual, I suggest checking it out and falling in love with their quirky designs and bright, bold colours….then hot foot it to Sarenza and treat your feet!

Are there any brands that you wouldn’t know about if it weren’t for blogging or friends? Who makes the comfiest flats in YOUR opinion?

new blue shoes

New Look top and shorts, Bertie shoes c/o Sarenza.

Looking through my (vast) shoe collection I seem to favour this aqua blue colour for footwear. The second I clamped eyes on these Livingo by Bertie I knew exactly what my Ambassador perk was being sent on. Heels are all very well and good…and god knows I love them, but sometimes you just can’t beat a good pair of flats and rhese are so beautifully comfortable I’m tempted to invest the £60 they cost in to another colour too. They aren’t the type of shoe I am typically attracted to, I’d go so far as to say they are pretty ugly, but oh my, I have the happiest feet ever right now!

Happy actually seems to be a key theme this week, something has changed. I like it! I hope everyone else is feeling the positivity too…if nothing else, celebrate the fact it’s FRIDAY tomorrow!

What colour dominates your shoe collection?
These flats…pretty or ugly?

Sarenza Shoe of the Week

Continuing with my current love of all things A/W this week my top shoe pick from Sarenza is the Tia by KG boot, priced at £120

You really can’t beat a classic black ankle boot, and the star stud detail on the toes brings this bang up to date and will bring a toughened up edge to a girly outfit (as well as looking great with just about everything!)

How would you wear these boots?

Sarenza Shoe of the Week

And the normal blogging schedule resumes (as does life and the real world)…I hope everyone is well?

The Spanish sun might have gone to my head a little, I wouldn’t usually even contemplate the idea of a pair of sandals costing almost £130 but these Coral beauties by Belle at Sarenza have well and truly won me over. Perhaps the fact I have the merest hint of a tan has affected my judgement?

What do you think? Is this post holiday blues talking or do I make a valid point?
