Lack of internet this morning means no real post today, but I don’t care. I just want to take this chance to wish everyone who takes the time to read A Daisy Chain Dream a very Happy Valentines Day whether you believe in it or not.
You don’t need a specific day to tell someone how much you love and appreciate them, that should be everyday…but still…I just want to let you guys know that I love and appreciate you. Always.

My view on Valentines Day is exactly the same as you, it is just another way to get money out of us.
But I have to admit its quite nice to make just that little extra effort now and then. But of course don’t need this national event to do it.

I don’t particularly like the idea of meals out on V day (conveyor belt of couples, expensive menu, crappy and embarrassing serenades) but I do like a card and the excuse to exchange a little gift. And I always get my boys a chocolate heart of some sort. But then I’m an enthusiastic adopter of anything which makes a regular day just a little bit sweeter, Shrove Tuesday, Easter, Valentines…
