Seeing Stars

First things first; the winner of the Bijoux Dolly giveaway is…Daisy!
Congratulations lovely, I’ll arrange your prize asap x

The title of this post refers to the dress I’m wearing. A dress that is ohhhh…about four years old now? One of those *cult* buys from Primark back in the day! I don’t wear it often, because it is a pain to iron so tends to get rejected to the bottom of the pile each time…so every so often it’s like finding a new dress all over again!
Anyway,
moral of the story is be less lazy. It makes an ideal dress for work.

Shoes and Lipstick.

HUGE big thank you to everyone who offered love and support through my day from hell yesterday on twitter and facebook! I feel like a moany brat now, but at the time I needed to vent!
*mwah*
today WILL be better. No work. Beautiful Becca’s Birthday. No rain.

Perfect.

Stay calm folks; we’re almost at the weekend xx

days off.

Tuesday are usually my day off. Sometimes I have to work, but generally it is the only day that I have entirely at my disposal.

It is perfect for jeans, blouse and bare feet.

I have a love hate relationship with these jeans; a size bigger than usual AND they feel tight. Sort it out clothes shops. I am also having a love hate relationship with my camera right now. It is only a basic point and shoot, but surely it should produce better photos with this with some tweaking?!

((Or sort it out Laura))

Some Tuesdays I go shopping. Usually with Mum. Other Tuesdays I stay in. Today was a doing day. Wardrobe clearings, shoe organisation, general stuff like that.

Other favourite ways to spend days off include spending all day reading, baking cakes and treats or planning a proper day out with friends!

Days off,
how do you spend yours?

Monday saw the debut of another new wardobe arrival; shopping problem? What shopping problem?

Browsing on the New Look website for some summer cardigans; which are yet to be worn due to good old British weather, I got distracted by the sale. And this skirt. £7.99 and suitable for work? Where do I sign?

I love the colour. And the shape. I’ve always over-looked shades of red before now, convinced they didn’t suit me…at least…not on anywhere but my hair, or on my feet in the form of shoes. I’ve just opened a whole new window of colour spectrum shopping.

I wonder how much he’d fetch on ebay?

Day off today…hurrah!

Move over Converse

Oh help….more shoes. Worse still, more PRACTICAL shoes which makes it all the more likely I will soon cave and make a purchase.

I love my Converse, I really do, but lately a new canvas shoe has crept on to my radar (not helped by being seen on the likes of Alexa Chung and therefore EVERYWHERE!)

Superga

Delightfully clean cut and classic and in all the colours under the sun…oh please please, someone slap some sense in to me!

Did I mention they come in polka dots too? 2950 Slim

Gorgeous girly pink! 2750 Classic
Lilac. I really like the lilac!

What do we think guys? Which pair should I pretend I’m not going to buy?

Which colour is your favourite?

Is there such thing as sudden onset shoe addiction?
